Nanolab Return and Exchange Policy

At Nanolab, we are committed to providing you with the best shopping experience, including fast and hassle-free return services. Please read the following terms regarding our return and exchange policy carefully.

Return Eligibility

1、Time Limit: The product must be returned within 15 days after receipt.

2、Product Condition: To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and include all original packaging and tags.

3、Non-Returnable Products:Please note that custom-made products are not returnable.

 

Return Process

1、Contact Customer Service: To initiate the return process, please contact us via email(Nanolab9@163.com). Include your order number or a screenshot of your order in the email.

2、Return Address: After obtaining our approval, you will receive the return address and specific return instructions. Please ensure that you package and send the product correctly according to the instructions.

3、Shipping Costs: If the product has a quality issue, the return shipping cost will be borne by us. If the product does not have a quality issue, the shipping cost will be borne by the buyer.

 

Exchange Process

Exchange Application Time: Please contact us within 7 days after receiving the product to apply for an exchange.

1、Exchange Steps: To initiate an exchange, please contact us via email(Nanolab9@163.com)attaching your order number and the details of the product you wish to exchange. Once your application is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the original product and receive the new one.

2、Exchange Shipping Costs: The exchange shipping cost will be borne by the buyer. However, if the wrong product was sent due to our mistake, the shipping cost will be borne by us.

3、Refund and Exchange Processing

Product Acceptance: After we receive your valid return, we will notify you via email that we have received the returned product and inform you of the acceptance or rejection of the return.

4、Refund Method: If your return is accepted, we will provide one of the following methods within a reasonable time: product exchange, non-transferable product credit, refund to the payment card or original payment method, check, or other appropriate remedies that we deem appropriate in specific circumstances based on good faith.

5、Refund Time: The refund processing time may vary depending on the payment method and bank processing time, and it usually takes 3 working days.
