Self-Sealing Sterilization Pouches
These self-sealing sterilization pouches are single-use sterilization packaging pouches with process indicators for steam and EO sterilization. They are made from medical-grade dialysis paper and multi-layer composite film composed of polypropylene and polyester.

Internal Effective Space
- Internal width is approximately 2 cm less than the stated size.
- Internal length is approximately 3–6 cm less than the stated size.
Shelf Life
- Pre-sterilization: 3 years.
- After high-temperature steam sterilization: use within 6 months.
- After ethylene oxide sterilization: use within 2 years.
- If expired, please repackage and re-sterilize.
Instructions for Use
- Place clean, dry items into the pouch. Sterilized items should not exceed 3/4 of the pouch length to ensure proper sealing and reduce the risk of bursting.
- Fold along the inner edge of the adhesive strip, peel it open, and press half onto the paper side and half onto the plastic film side.
- Transfer the packed items for sterilization. For steam sterilization, arrange pouches with paper and plastic sides alternating and preferably upright.
- Store sterilized pouches in a dry, dark, and clean area until ready for use.
- If the pouch is damp after steam sterilization, dry it in an oven at ≤80°C.
- To open, tear from the side opposite the seal and remove the contents.
