Materials

  • Medical-grade dialysis paper
  • Multi-layer composite film: polypropylene and polyester

Compatible Sterilization Methods

  • EO sterilization: Pink before ethylene oxide sterilization, changing to yellow after sterilization.

  • Sterilization of laboratory glassware
  • Lab clothing
  • Laboratory consumables
  • Instruments
  • Catheters
  • Cotton swabs
  • Other materials requiring sterilization packaging

Internal Effective Space

  • Internal width is approximately 2 cm less than the stated size.
  • Internal length is approximately 3–6 cm less than the stated size.

Shelf Life

  • Pre-sterilization: 3 years.
  • After high-temperature steam sterilization: use within 6 months.
  • After ethylene oxide sterilization: use within 2 years.
  • If expired, please repackage and re-sterilize.

Instructions for Use

  1. Place clean, dry items into the pouch. Sterilized items should not exceed 3/4 of the pouch length to ensure proper sealing and reduce the risk of bursting.
  2. Fold along the inner edge of the adhesive strip, peel it open, and press half onto the paper side and half onto the plastic film side.
  3. Transfer the packed items for sterilization. For steam sterilization, arrange pouches with paper and plastic sides alternating and preferably upright.
  4. Store sterilized pouches in a dry, dark, and clean area until ready for use.
  5. If the pouch is damp after steam sterilization, dry it in an oven at ≤80°C.
  6. To open, tear from the side opposite the seal and remove the contents.

Product Design

  • Self-sealing design for convenient closure.
  • Steam and EO process indicators support visual confirmation of sterilization exposure.
  • Triple-edge heat-seal design helps prevent bursting and supports sterilization safety.
